I was so excited about a great find today, caramel and apples for almost free! We did 3 very quick transactions totaling 33 cents and we got 5 pounds of apples and 12 containers of flavored caramel! So we rush home and serve dinner which included caramel apples, of course! The kids are going crazy… Then we all take a bite. Hmmmm, not even the kids will eat it. Now what?!?! What is so wrong with the ‘NORMAL’ flavor of caramel??? Some things should never change.

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009I love clothes! But I really love nice clothes for a REALLY good price. Mom and I went shopping at Lane Bryant a couple days ago and got 4 pair of pants, 2 jackets, and 2 sweaters. All for under $31! They had ‘last years’ winter jeans and slacks on the clearance, then using one of their promotions we got half off the clearance price which made each piece less that $4. That is better than thrift shops!
